Appointment Booking
Booking an appointment is very easy, just decide whether you want it to be On-line or On-site, then select the service you are interested in, then select your preferred date and time, enter your information, then pay for your appointment and you are done.
This page will allow you to book appointments for On-line sessions as well as On-site for our Kendall office, located at:

evaluation via internet
Dear Amanda,
If you want to have an evaluation via Internet, all you have to do is book an Evaluation Session via the booking page and add a comment like “I want this session to be via Internet”.
